User Terms and conditions

By using our platform to book tourism activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Service

Our platform provides a service to book tours and activities offered by third-party providers. We do not operate these activities and are not responsible for any issues arising from their execution.

3. Booking and Payment

• ⁠  ⁠All bookings are subject to availability. And once you book and pay it’s mean that you confirm it.
• ⁠  ⁠Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Or some booking required half of the payment in advance
• ⁠  ⁠Confirmation details will be sent via email once the booking is complete.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• ⁠  ⁠Cancellations made by you may incur a penalty as per the activity provider’s cancellation policy. Or it may not refunds in case the policy of the supplier indicate that no cancelation
• ⁠  ⁠Refunds will be processed according to the provider’s terms.
• ⁠  ⁠In case of provider cancellation, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. User Responsibilities

• ⁠  ⁠Verify all details of your booking and ensure personal information is accurate.
• ⁠  ⁠Arrive on time for all activities.
• ⁠  ⁠Comply with all rules and guidelines set by the activity provider.

6. Liability

• ⁠  ⁠We act solely as an intermediary and are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the booked activities.
• ⁠  ⁠We make no representations or warranties about the quality or safety of the activities listed on our platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law
