Partner agreement :

The below letter is an agreement between ( ALAWS TOURS ) and the partner who wants to register on our website. 

1.Definitions:

  • Partner : An individual or company with license that they lists their tourism services on our website.
  • Commission: The minimum commission is 5% fee charged by us on the total transaction value or it could be more depend on the package chosen.
2. Membership Package: 
 
  • All partner and local guide can join our platform to list their services after they signup and create a profile and choose the suitable membership package with different fees and different features, in order to start listing all the services.
  • all the memberships package validation within one year and after that the partner needs to renew the package.
  • There are many types of membership package with different fees and the startup package is the Basics which is free of charge with limited features. 
 
  1. The Partner Responsibilities:
  • ⁠Registration: the partner must complete the registration process accurately and provide all required Business information documentation, including licenses.
  • Service Information: the partner are solely responsible for listing and updating the details of their services, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. ( additional fees apply in case supplier want Alaws Tours to setup the profile.
  • Photographs: Suppliers are required to upload high-quality images of their offerings. Photos must be clear, accurate, and represent the true nature of the service and free of rights and owned.
  • The partner responsible to update the availability off the services listed in his profile. 
  • The partner responsible to provide all the safety needs and follow the government roles. 
  • The partner responsible to insert reasonable  price for the services. 
  1. Commitment :
  • The partner is responsible for to acknowledge the book made by the user and responsible to answer any questions or query send by user through our platform.
  • The partner is responsible to make updates to his profile regularly with accurate information.
  • The partner responsible to provide and comply with all safety policy and local authority regulation to the tourism.
  • The partner is responsible to inform ALAWS TOURS to remove his file in case no longer want the services or using our platform.
  • Documentation & Licenses:
  •  ⁠The partner must submit valid and up-to-date licenses and other required documents.
  • ⁠The partner must ensure that all documentation remains valid for the period their services are listed on our website.
  • Subscription Fees or registration Package:
  • The partner must pay a subscription fee or join the free package with limited features  to list their services on our website. This fee is non-refundable, even if the supplier’s listing is removed or terminated.
  • There are different package and subscription fees and it depends on the features the supplier wants.
  • Commission:
  • ⁠We will deduct commission from each transaction made through our platform according to the membership package.
  • There are different commission fees could be applied from supplier to different supplier refer to the quotation provided and agreement between The partner and ( ALAWS TOURS )
  • The commission is calculated from the total value of the transaction, including any taxes that may apply.
  • Payment and Payouts:
  • ⁠  ⁠Payments made by customers will be collected by our platform and transferred to the partner after deducting the commission.
  • ⁠  ⁠Payouts to partner will be processed on a regular basis and will be weekly, subject to our payout schedule and any applicable holding periods.
  • Compliance:
  • ⁠  ⁠ partner must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • ⁠  ⁠ partner must ensure that their services and listings do not violate any third-party rights and government.
  • Intellectual Property:
  • ⁠  The partner grant us the right to use and display the provided images, descriptions, and other content on our website and promotional materials.
  • ⁠  ⁠The partner affirm that they have the right to use and provide such content, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Termination:
  • ⁠  ⁠We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a supplier’s registration and listing if they fail to comply with our terms and conditions or if we receive complaints about the quality or authenticity of their services.
  • ⁠  ⁠Suppliers may terminate their registration at any time, but subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Liability:
  • ⁠  ⁠We are not responsible for any disputes or issues that arise between partner and customers. The partner bears sole responsibility for the quality and delivery of their services.
  • ⁠  ⁠ partner agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our platform.
  • Amendments:
  • ⁠  ⁠We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Suppliers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Governing Law:
  • ⁠  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Saudi Arabia]. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jeddah City].

By registering as a supplier and listing services on our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
